Sherlock

SIR ARTHUR CONAN DOYLE  is a shrewd writer.  His creation of the clever and so witty Sherlock Holmes is a profound literary achievement.  I like the odd and surreal prose of Conan Doyle.  Indeed the characterizations of Sherlock Holmes and his cohort Watson are engaging and they bear the mark of remarkable genius.

Nice Writing

THE GOOD terse writing of Ernest Hemingway is a real joy.  He does not use too many adjectives.  His 'Torrents' is a fine tome.
