Jackson Pollock

ABSTRACT ART strikes me as so spiritually powerful.  It is difficult to focus on all the wily layers that make up the oeuvre of each artist.  Some males and females in the art world are easy to access intellectually.  Yet, some are very hard to grasp.  Their concepts are often too nefarious, somewhat intensely exuberant. I know the "action painting" of the arch-modernist, jackson Pollock, is vigorous and embellishes a progressivism that swoops down and carries us off into melodious flights of arcane fantasy much akin to listening to the musical strains of the shrewd Mr. E. Grieg.  I calculate that the best aspect of Jackson Pollock's art is his fiery energy that he communicates in such a virile way with his saucy paints.

Nice Writing

THE GOOD terse writing of Ernest Hemingway is a real joy.  He does not use too many adjectives.  His 'Torrents' is a fine tome.
