F. Scott Fitzgerald...Complex Man of Numerous Dimensions

THE ART OF CLEVER WORDS can be mind boggling for many of us who gain terrific satisfaction out of the joy of reading.  Men like the sleek F. Scott Fitzgerald can bedazzle us with their shrewd interpretations of modern characters who have agnst-oriented tales to tell.  I first started reading Fitzgerald when I was very young....and his tremendous novels like 'Great Gatsby' and 'The Beautiful and the Damned' overwhelmed me.  I got into a rather intense mode of psychological introspection going through myself straining and aching to ferret out literary art gems from the vivid prose art of the provocative Mr. Fitzgerald.  The wild and persuasive works of Fitzgerald live because of their biting, sardonic passion and cavorting elegance showing a finesse view of modern life that is brilliantly engaging.

Nice Writing

THE GOOD terse writing of Ernest Hemingway is a real joy.  He does not use too many adjectives.  His 'Torrents' is a fine tome.
