'Splendor In The Grass' Is a 1961 Jewel
NATALIE WOOD is a genius. This woman had a terrific film power, indeed. The other night I watched the intense Wood film, 'Splendor In The Grass' again. It was such an engaging movie, this story of a beguiling, lovely young woman and her emotional problems. The good Wood charisma comes out amazingly in her sleek acting.

Nice Writing
THE GOOD terse writing of Ernest Hemingway is a real joy. He does not use too many adjectives. His 'Torrents' is a fine tome.

COOLING OFF WITH WEST COAST JAZZ is loads of fun. The temp is wildly hot now and so I listened to Art Pepper jazz, grand West Coast stuff....
