Weird Economy Culture Stuff Happening

WHAT IS HAPPENING with our very strange economy culture in this country right now? There is no clearly defined economic thrust going on.  There is a lack of coherent thinking.  Every time things get a wee bit better and the Dow manages to creep up then the very next day the bizarre Dow takes an horrendous nose dive again.  This kind of unusual frenzy in economic cultural tailspins is rather maddening kind of like listening to strange John Cage music or reading an Anthony Burgess literary work.
